Dog tags are made after an order is paid. We are as eager for you to have your tags as you are to receive them.

U.S. Shipping Addresses

PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR FULL SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS AN ADDRESS AT WHICH YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RECEIVE MAIL FOR THE NEXT 1-2 WEEKS OR SO, INCLUDING SATURDAYS.

The number one reason orders are not received is incomplete shipping addresses. If you move in the meantime, your order might not arrive. If you forget your Suite Number, Apt Number, Box Number, or other such critical part of your shipping address, your order will likely not arrive. Please remember to put the correct zip / postal code.

We ship using the U.S. Post Office First Class Mail - just like regular mail.

Your order could be delayed if there are payment issues or if the full correct shipping address was not provided.

You may log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order. This will show whether we have shipped your order.

For orders over certain dollar values, we enable Delivery Confirmation and above that Signature Confirmation.

Rush Shipping (but not Overnight Shipping)

We will soon offer Rush Shipping.

If this is available for your order, you will see this shipping option during the checkout process. Rush Shipping means that your order will be pulled out of the normal processing queue and processed right away and then shipped using USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in just a few mailing days. We have used USPS Priority Mail for years and it has been a great service.

We do not offer Overight Mail. There are too many issues.

If you need your tags fast, select Rush Shipping during checkout and they should arrive in just a few days.

APO / FPO

We care about our military personnel, and we ship via APO/FPO all the time. Regular first class mail is used to get your order from us to the APO/FPO system, and then the APO/FPO takes it from there. There are payment and shipping options in place to help complete orders that are shipped to APO/FPO.

Shipping to address other than Billing Address (non-APO/FPO)

We try to ship only to (1) the billing address of your credit card or (2) your Paypal Verified address. This is to help provide security for the credit card account holder or the Paypal account holder.

If you need to ship to an address other than your credit card billing address or your Paypal Verified address, then please select the Check/Money Order payment option during checkout, and then mail in your check or money order, and then we'll begin to process your order.

These payment security measures have helped tremendously to reduce fraud attempts.

Tracking Numbers

We ship almost all orders using the U.S. Post Office regular First Class Mail. There are no tracking numbers for US Post Office mail.
